All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit, and the tariffs applicable to season. Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowances can be made for meals not taken. Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guest’s property unless handed in for safe custody. The proprietors cannot accept any responsibility with respect to theft or any damages occurred in the car park. We accept bookings for single sex groups up to 6 persons, if a booking is made and consists of 4 or more persons then valid credit card details must be left with the proprietor. Guest are not allowed visitors into the room after 6pm . Accounts must be paid on arrival and cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangement have been made with the proprietors, to allow for bank clearance. Deposits are refundable up to 4 DAYS before the date of arrival, after which FULL PAYMENT is requied. If the deposit has been paid using a credit/debit card, should a cancellation occur the balance will be refunded to the card holder. Should there be any damage to the accommodation or facilities; the proprietor reserves the right to deduct this from the cardholders account. Please note that a gateway fee of £0.50P for payment with debit card will be charged and a fee of 2% on all credit/business card transactions will apply.

The hotel is a strictly NO SMOKING AREA, anyone found to be smoking within the premises, will be liable to a fine. The proprietors also reserve the right to terminate the contract and ask the perpetrator to leave the premises, without any loss to themselves. There could be statutory fine from the Fire Brigade of upto £80.00, plus the cost of any damage to the property.

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests. When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover. Please note car parking spaces cannot be reserved.
